This patient had severe TMJ pain, severe wear and old silver/mercury fillings. We first stabilized her bite, performed laser gum surgery and then rebuilt her smile and teeth with porcelain.
We not only solved her tmj/bite problem, gave her a new smile, but the bite change gave her greater facial support making her look a little younger! She is very happy except for the fact that her husband still smokes cigars!
